蝶片式止回閥是指依靠介質(zhì)本身流動(dòng)而自動(dòng)開(kāi)、閉閥瓣,用來(lái)防止介質(zhì)倒流的閥門(mén),又稱(chēng)逆止閥、單向閥、逆流閥、和背壓閥。止回閥屬于一種自動(dòng)閥門(mén),其主要作用是防止介質(zhì)倒流、防止泵及驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn),以及容器介質(zhì)的泄放。止回閥還可用于給其中的壓力可能升至超過(guò)系統(tǒng)壓的輔助系統(tǒng)提供補(bǔ)給的管路上。止回閥主要可分為旋啟式止回閥(依重心旋轉(zhuǎn))、升降式止回閥(沿軸線移動(dòng))、蝶片式止回閥(沿中心旋轉(zhuǎn))。

蝶片式止回閥的作用是只允許介質(zhì)向一個(gè)方向流動(dòng),而且阻止方向流動(dòng)。通常這種閥門(mén)是自動(dòng)工作的,在一個(gè)方向流動(dòng)的流體壓力作用下,閥瓣打開(kāi);流體反方向流動(dòng)時(shí),由流體壓力和閥瓣的自重合閥瓣作用于閥座,從而切斷流動(dòng)。
Effect

安裝事項(xiàng)
止回閥的安裝應(yīng)注意以下事頂:
1、在管線中不要使止回閥承受重量,大型的止回閥應(yīng)獨(dú)立支撐,使之不受管系產(chǎn)生的壓力的影響。
2、安裝時(shí)注意介質(zhì)流動(dòng)的方向應(yīng)與閥體所票箭頭方向一致。
3、升降式垂直瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在垂直管道上。
4、升降式水平瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在水平管道上

安裝和使用
1、本閥門(mén)通路兩端須堵塞,存在干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)。如長(zhǎng)期存放,應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查防銹蝕。
2、安裝前應(yīng)將閥門(mén)清洗干凈,并消除在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中造成的缺陷。
3、安裝時(shí)必須仔細(xì)核對(duì)閥門(mén)上的標(biāo)志和銘牌是否符合使用要求。
4、本閥門(mén)安裝在水平管道上,閥蓋向上。
Installation and use
